Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM IST are processed the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email.
- During sales and launches, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.
- We currently ship within India only.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹500.

Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional fee of ₹100.
Cash on Delivery
- COD orders are confirmed before dispatch. Orders not confirmed within 48 hours will be cancelled.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Repeated COD refusals or failed deliveries may lead to COD being disabled on your future orders.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If you miss one, you'll be contacted to reschedule.
- After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we'll refund the order value minus shipping charges both ways.
- If your order shows as delivered but hasn't reached you, contact us within 48 hours. After this, we can't raise a dispute with the courier.
Open or Tampered Packages
- Please don't accept a package that looks opened, damaged or re-taped. Once a package is accepted, we can't take responsibility for missing or damaged contents.
- Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. It's required for any damage, defect, missing-item or wrong-item claim. See our Refund Policy for details.
Order Changes
- Address or contact details can only be updated before your order is dispatched. Please review your details carefully at checkout.
Cancellations

Before dispatch: you can cancel your order by contacting us with your order number. Prepaid orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch: orders strictly can't be cancelled.

Sale orders: orders placed during a sale or promotion are final and can't be cancelled.
Delays
- If your order hasn't been delivered within 8-10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll follow up. If we're unable to deliver it, you'll receive a full refund.
